Releases August 10 2022¶

The datahub, datahub CLI, and all available data layers have been updated with maintenance releases. Dependency libraries are updated to the latest version to keep up with security fixes and improvements.

Datahub¶

Find information on the latest datahub release 1.0.1 on github. Or start using the 1.0.1 docker image

Of note is that the javascript engine used in job transforms has significantly better support for modern javascript in this release. Most if not all of ES5.1 is supported.

Datahub CLI¶

Version 0.5.4 of the CLI comes with freshly updated depencencies. But also some QoL improvements made their way into the release.

Datalayer: Objectstorage¶

Also in Version 0.4.3 of the Objectstorage datalayer, all depencencies are updated.

Parquet files produced by the layer may have slightly increased file sizes. This is because the parquet writer now adds more data values as dictionaries. On the upside, read performance can be positively impacted.

Datalayer: Mssql¶

Version 0.5.7 of the MSSQL datalayer has all libraries updated.

Datalayer: Postgres¶

Version 0.2.1 of the Postgres datalayer has all libraries updated.

Datalayer: Mysql¶

Version 0.2.2 of the Mysql datalayer has all libraries updated.

Datalayer: Kafka¶

Version 0.1.1 of the Kafka datalayer has all libraries updated.
